When I order my site, how long will it take to get delivered to me?
We transfer ownership of your business as soon as its ready depending on the scope of the project and how busy we are. Timeline is anywhere between 48 hours and up to 10 days for a single business to be setup from A-Z.
Custom web design takes 14 days on average and can be delivered sooner depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of our designers.

How do you process orders on the dropshipping sites?
Please view the after-sales documents that are included with the purchase of your business. There is a step by step video showing you exactly how to process orders for your website.
You basically log in to your supplier account and order the item you put in your client’s info and click buy that’s it.
For drop servicing business you may need to send an email or chat with your virtual assistant who is doing the work on your behalf however in many of our businesses the ordering process is pretty straight forward.
How long does it take for items to arrive once a customer’s order has been processed?
We have many USA suppliers and overseas suppliers. If you would like only USA suppliers there is an additional cost of $150 to populate a turnkey store with USA only supplied products. shipping time from USA to USA is 3 to 5 days.
Items arrive in Europe, and Australia around 10 to 12 days. Your supplier specifies much longer delivery times to cover themselves against complaints.
Any other country you are going to need to check with your supplier and shipping method.
How much Work is required to run the site?
The time you invest in your business depends on you. Most successful clients report back that they spend anywhere between 6 to 10 hours a week. Most of that time is manually placing orders and managing any social media accounts they have.
However many clients outsource task to a V.A to free up there time. Remember most dropshipping sites can be set up for auto order.
How about Payment Gateways, is PayPal the best?
Paypal is the default payment gateway we use on our sites. However, Stripe can also be added with PayPal. We currently can add up to 22 different payment gateways. So if you live in a country that is not supported by PayPal please don’t hesitate I’m sure we can find a payment gateway for your new business.
PayPal is the most trusted payment gateway worldwide and customers feel most comfortable when checking out via PayPal. With the PayPal payment gateway, the customer doesn’t even need a PayPal account to complete payment. They can pay via PayPal with any credit or debit card without any problems or anxiety about entering their details because PayPal is such a secure and trusted site.
Can you make changes to the site or add new products?
Yes, you can make changes to your site. You own the business 100% If you would like to add more products to your store please follow the after purchase video documents on how to add products to your store. super easy. If you need help please jump in the chat and we will gladly assist you.
However, your site is stocked with the best selling products by wholesale data so there is no need to add more. Best to concentrate on marketing your site to generate traffic and sales before you think about making any changes. Driving traffic is paramount to your business success!
Can or should i buy multiple sites at a reduced cost?
Of course…it is good to get started with 2-3 sites in different niches and centralize your marketing efforts to see what is working and what is not…when you find what suits you in terms of social media marketing, you can duplicate, scale-up and reap the benefits of a full-time income with no real barriers to growth. How do you deal with Customer Service issues and refunds?
What about hosting
We no longer offer lifetime free hosting. We will host your website free of charge for 1 Year, after that you will be charged $249 per year for hosting. Our hosting plans are fast and reliable and A lot cheaper than Shopify’s monthly host fee.
How do I get my site generating traffic and sales?
Sorry, we do not market your business for you. However, We do provide a Premium Service Plan you could join to free up your time and to help you get enough targeted traffic to convert to sales. See more details in pricing.
You are targeting impulse customers and purchases so it is an easy sell once customers arrive at your site. We have a proven Facebook group marketing strategy that just works. You can also use Instagram Shoutouts, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Email, Classified Ads, and more. Many of our clients outsource all the marketing to a virtual assistant.
What platform is the site built on?
Sites are built-in WordPress using mostly the Divi Theme and Woocommerce and a host of other plugins. All sites are optimized for mobile devices.
Refunds - Do you offer refunds?
We can not provide refunds for our sites.
Our websites are real businesses and like real business or franchises once your purchase and have access to all the material and 24-hour assistance to assist you. It is up to you as a business owner to utilize the given material to build and grow your business. That includes marketing and site maintenance etc.
More importantly, the handover requires a significant amount of intellectual property, guides, files, etc which can be copied or reproduced or used at a future date.
You wouldn’t purchase a KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) franchise and after a certain amount of time ask for a refund. Receive a full refund and walk away with the secret sauce recipe and funds to start your own chicken restaurant, would you?
I am not saying that we have never given a refund however, we have a strict policy on this subject.
